  • Additional persons age 13 or older are charged $50 + 19% per night per person.
  • Additional children age 12 and younger can stay for free in parent/guardian’s unit using existing bedding.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Full payment is required if reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date.
  • Full refund if canceled 2+ days prior to arrival date.
  • No refund if canceled within 2 days prior to arrival date.
